GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE

 

Payment

Payment can only be made through PayPal. Please note that you don’t need a PayPal account to use PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal website, which is connected to our online store.

Shipment

Shipment is free for all items worldwide. We usually work with express air mail and larger items are shipped using an express courier such as DHL, FedEx or TNT. Once the item is shipped, we send you a tracking item so you can track its progress.

When placing an order, we recommend that you enter your phone number, which will be used for shipping proposes only.

We invest a lot of effort in shipping the items to you quickly if they are in stock. However, as most of our products are custom-made, there is a lead time of about 2-3 weeks to produce them.

 

Privacy

We keep your personal information (email address, shipping address and name) in our secured customer database.

We never share this information with any third party except for secured payment-processing companies.

 

Maintenance

Our products are manufactured from fine-quality industrial-standard natural wool felt, and designed to last for many years.

We recommend that you follow the following cleaning guidelines to maintain the quality of our products over time:

  • Products can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner, dry/wet cloth or at a professional carpet cleaning facility

  • Do not wash our products in a washing machine and do not bleach

  • Avoid aggressive rubbing of the product

Please note that the initial shedding of fibers is normal and is not indicative of any defect. Shedding can be easily vacuumed away and decreases over time.

 

Returns and exchanges

Our products are made with love and a lot of care, and we make sure they leave our studio in a perfect state. However, damage may occur during shipment.

In case of any damage, please send us a photo via email within 2 days of receiving the product and we will replace it.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 business days and receive a full refund (shipping costs excluded).

Buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes & additional postal fees.
